Onboarding

Admin can add new employees into an organization via the Onboarding process typically includes several key steps,

Self Onboarding

Self Onboarding process, admin will share the e-joining link to the employee's email to onboard himself, and the employee will do the same admin process (except for job details)
Once onboarded by the employee, the admin reviews the details filled by them and approves and rejects accordingly.

Policy Management

The admin can establish the organization’s rules and regulations regarding onboarding, offboarding, leave, and compensatory off, and employees will need to accept these terms and conditions during the onboarding first time, to take leave and compensatory off.

Employee Validations

The admin can enforce or update specific validation on one or more fields, which are required mandatory, document, or both during the onboarding of the employee.

Off Boarding (Exit)

To offboard an employee in System,follow these are steps.
1. Initiate Offboarding process by the employee.
2. The reporting manager can verify the exit details of an employee, approve or reject the exit request, and potentially modify the notice period during the exit process.
3. The admin can verify the exit details once approved by the reporting manager, approve or reject the exit request, and potentially modify the notice period during the exit process.
4. Clearance process from the concerned departments, once approved by the admin.
5. Process to deactivate employee access, once clearance is completed.
6. Final settlement process.
