Types of Leave

The admin can set the leave type policy, such as earned, sick, casual, unpaid, or maternity/paternity leave.

Automated Leave Application Process

1. Employees can apply for leave through the HRMS portal, selecting the type of leave and duration.
2.Notifications email are sent to both the employee and the approver at each stage (approval, rejection).
3. If a leave request is rejected, employees receive feedback and may revise their application

Leave Regularization

Employees can request regularization for the leave applied, which can be reviewed and approved/rejected by managers.

Leave Balances & Tracking

1.Supports different work shifts, schedules, and rotations.
2.Accrual rules can be applied automatically based on company policies.

Policy Adherence

1. Leave requests are validated against organizational policies (e.g., maximum leave limit, maximum leave limit,Monthly Accrual Cap, Accrual Mechanism, etc).
2. Employees must adhere to leave eligibility criteria (e.g., minimum tenure, probation period restrictions).

Integration with Payroll

1. Approved leaves are linked with payroll to ensure that deductions or pay adjustments are made for unpaid leaves.
